R. Craig Brown, DO began his practice of OB/GYN in Baldwin County in 2013 after completing residency training in St. Petersburg, FL. Performing full spectrum care, he has delivered numerous babies and performed complex robotic surgery on hundreds of patients throughout the years. During this time, it became increasingly apparent something was missing in the traditional approach to health and ageing. From this origin, his passion for wellness and subsequently hormone replacement began. Dr. Brown’s philosophy centers around individualized care of patients. He believes if you listen to your patient long enough, they will tell you what is wrong with them. Stemming from a natural approach centered around the body’s own hormone production, we are able to tailor a plan to fit each individual’s own life and health goals. “Being a part of a transformation for patients that leads them to an improved quality of life is incredibly rewarding and reminds me why I chose healthcare as a profession.”  In his spare time, Dr. Brown enjoys life on the Gulf Coast and all that brings. Boating, beaching and fishing with his wife, Shannon and four children are ideal ways to spend a Saturday. He believes life is fleeting and each day should be enjoyed to the fullest. “This is the foundation of hormone replacement therapy as a whole and Premier gives me an opportunity to truly have an impact on the health and wellness of my patients.”

Nikki Frohlich Winberg is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for wellness. She embarked on this journey after earning her undergraduate degree from Alvernia University in Reading, PA, and her master’s degree from The University of Alabama. Over the years, she has cultivated a wide-ranging skill set that enables her to provide comprehensive care to her patients, focusing on education, prevention, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Nikki’s commitment to nurturing patient relationships allows her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual in her care.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Nikki has worked in a variety of clinical settings, gaining invaluable knowledge and expertise. Her background includes diverse roles, from serving patients in fast-paced hospital environments to providing personalized care in outpatient clinics.

Nikki enjoys working hands-on with her patients, where she helps them realize their goals to leading a healthier lifestyle. In her role, she is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Outside of her professional commitments, Nikki cherishes her role as a wife and mother. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it’s through family gatherings, sipping coffee on the porch and gardening. Nikki believes that a strong support system is essential for overall wellness and fosters that connection in both her personal life and her practice.

Tina Higgins is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. With a personal journey that has deeply influenced her professional path, Tina’s commitment to patient care is fueled by her own experiences with hormone deficiencies and weight gain. Understanding firsthand the challenges these issues present, she is passionate about helping others reclaim their health and vitality.
Tina earned her nursing degree from the University of South Alabama, followed by advanced training that focused on hormonal health and wellness. Her personal struggles have given her a unique perspective, allowing her to empathize with patients who are navigating similar challenges. This insight drives her to provide compassionate, individualized care that addresses not just the symptoms, but the underlying causes of hormonal imbalances.
In her practice, Tina combines evidence-based medical knowledge with a holistic approach to treatment. She believes in empowering her patients through education and support, guiding them to make informed choices about their health journeys. Tiffany has over 12 years of experience as a dedicated Medical Assistant in women’s health and recently embraced a new adventure as an Office Administrator. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where both patients and team members feel valued and encouraged. Her focus is on cultivating a workspace that is not only efficient but also enjoyable.

Tiffany lives in Loxley with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—whether it’s relaxing at the beach with her daughter or cheering on her son at his baseball games. She loves being outdoors and making the most of life’s everyday moments.

Front Office Coordinator

With 10 years of experience in the medical field as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Tiffany has built a career dedicated to helping patients understand and manage their health. For the past three years, she has specialized in women’s health, where she became familiar with hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Her personal experience with hormone replacement therapy allows her to empathize with patients on a deeper level, guiding them through their wellness journey with both professional expertise and genuine care.
In addition to her medical career, Tiffany is eager to answer questions, help new patients navigate the process of becoming a patient, and scheduling new and existing patients. She loves being part of their journey to a healthier and happier life.
Outside of her professional life, Tiffany is a loving wife and a devoted mom of four. She values her time spent with family, friends, and enjoys moments of relaxation at the beach. Her passion for helping others, both in her work and personal life, drives her to continually support those around her in finding balance and well-being.

Cancellation Policy2025-04-23T15:10:36+00:00

Notice Requirement: We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients who may be waiting for care.

Cancellation Fee: If you fail to cancel your appointment within the required notice period or do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to your account. Any cancellation fees incurred must be settled before scheduling future appointments. 

Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies do arise. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our office as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via phone, patient portal, or in person during business hours.
